Logo guidelines · v1.0 · October 2026
One thick rounded stroke writes the m; its last leg wears the i's dot, so the mark reads “mi”. The Ember dot is the signature: one per logo, always the same colour.
| Name | HEX | RGB | CMYK (approx.) | Pantone (nearest, verify) | Use |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ember | #F2542D | 242 84 45 | 0 65 81 5 | ≈ 172 C | The dot, accents, tiles. Not for small text. |
| Ink | #1B1A1F | 27 26 31 | 13 16 0 88 | ≈ Black 6 C | The m, the wordmark, all body text. |
| Paper | #FAF6F0 | 250 246 240 | 0 2 4 2 | n/a | Warm background. |
Contrast: Ink on Paper 16.1:1 · Ember on Ink 5.0:1 · Ink on Ember 5.0:1 · Ember on Paper 3.2:1 (fine for the logo and large graphics, too weak for body text). CMYK and Pantone values are calculated estimates. Ask your printer for a proof before a print run.
Keep at least one dot of empty space on every side, where a dot is the diameter of the logo's own Ember dot. The space scales with the logo.
| Version | Screen min. | Print min. |

mazmi-symbol-small-*: a heavier stroke and a larger dot, drawn for tiny sizes.
The logo is custom-drawn and never typed. For headings, use Outfit (SemiBold/Bold), a geometric sans that matches the round m.
For body and UI text, use Inter (Regular/Medium). Both are free under the SIL Open Font License (Google Fonts). Web fallback: system-ui, "Segoe UI", sans-serif.
